Booking Policy

  • 100% deposit required to hold your reservation
  • We accept the following forms of payment:
  • Visa, Master Card (guarantees confirmation immediately)
  • Traveler's checks, money-order, cash
  • Personal checks in advance of stay
  • Higher rates and a two-night minimum stay will apply for special events
  • Rates are based on double-occupancy and a full breakfast. $30.00 charge per additional person in a room.

Cancellation Policy

  • A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for all cancellations. You may change to another date to avoid the cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation within three weeks of the reservation date, a full refund will be issued only when the room is rebooked (less service charge).
  • If cancellation is received more than three weeks in advance of the reservation date, a full refund will be issued (less service charge). In this case, it is necessary to contact us directly. No voice mail or email cancellations will be honored.
